My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, modern, and in excellent condition, perfect for our family, although it was a bit humid and hot. The food in the room was a great bonus for the kids. The service was top-notch, with the staff being amazingly helpful and responsive. The location in the Nilufer district was excellent, surrounded by polite and respectful staff. Dining had a wide variety of food but fell short of a five-star standard. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel has a beautiful view but suffers from humidity issues. Booking for four people might not be suitable. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Ömer and Yasin; they were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. The location is fantastic, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping areas.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were amazing, with a nice view and the location was excellent. The room was very clean and quiet, and the spa area was really nice. Although the location was not so central, being at the mountain made it special.
